Get the latest on Rack Extensions – the new feature that will make an appearance in Reason 6.5
Many Rack Extensions have landed over at the Props website since its release last year, and the last one I brought to attention here was the free CV Suite Line processor back in October (I’m just not keeping up!).
But this one is for you big Prog Rock fans out there.
Its the Rotor, spinning your sounds and sending it back to the 70s, adding cheese to your organs more than Jerry would be able to do (that is, Jerry from Tom and Jerry. Cheese? Get it? Ok…).
Check out the Soundcloud examples.
The Propellerheads are once again being very kind and are giving away the new CV Suite Line Processor Rack Extension for absolutely free!
You can download it here.
This tool actually looks like it could create some very cool automation effects – put some CV signals through it and shape them as you like.
It’s free for all registered users and registered Reason 6.5 licenses until the 31st December.
For those who are just getting into Rack Extensions and wondering what it is all about, Propellerheads have been giving away their Pulsar Rack Extension for free.
But be quick, as this offer ends on the 1st October.
To get it, go to the Propellerheads shop and download it. You will need:
Reason 6.5 or Reason Essentials 1.5
An account with the Propellerheads
Your license registered under your account with the Propellerheads, together with your Authorise key
